At Oasis ABA, we work directly with schools to ensure IEP compliance. We work with school staff every day to address their needs for school-wide program support or site-specific behavioral services.

Consultation at Oasis ABA involves an in-depth discussion between school personnel and our Behavior Analyst, where school goals are identified, behavior problem targeted, and a plan developed to help the school reach the goals they have set.

This “consult” meeting is then followed by on-site visits, typically once per week unless otherwise directed by school staff. On these visit days, the Behavior Analyst discusses progress made, reviews data collected from strategies being implemented, helps school staff analyze data when necessary, provides recommendations for programming moving forward, and ensures that all IEP goals are been implemented in a way that is both effective and in compliance with all requirements.
